Early access sign-up: If you have submitted your email address to be notified when Ewie launches, we will use that email address solely to contact you when Ewie becomes available and to send you any introductory offer we make available to early registrants. We will not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

When Ewie is live: Queries submitted to Ewie may be processed by AI infrastructure operated by RamSpec Sport (via RamSpecAI). We will update this policy with full details of data processing, retention, and any third-party AI providers involved before Ewie launches publicly.

What Ewie does not do: Ewie is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or safeguarding advice. Ewie does not store personal information about individual players or children. Coaches should not input personally identifiable information about minors into the Ewie interface.
